How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add your favourite pieces to cart, and check out securely. You’ll receive an order confirmation instantly and a tracking email once shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify’s secure checkout options. All payments are encrypted.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. Email support@impermea.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.

Delivery times vary by location. Typical estimates:

What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our return conditions. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

What materials do you use in your jewellery?
Our pieces use premium stainless-steel or brass cores with advanced PVD finishing for durable colour. Wearable surfaces are designed to be hypoallergenic and skin-friendly.
Is Impermea jewellery really waterproof and fade-free?
Yes — Impermea is made for daily life (water, sweat, sunscreen, perfume). For best longevity, rinse with fresh water after ocean/pool, pat dry, and store separately.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Care is minimal because our jewellery is built for 24/7 wear:
  • Rinse after ocean or pool; pat dry with a soft cloth.
  • Wipe gently after workouts or sunscreen.
  • Store pieces separately to avoid scratches.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — every piece is backed by our Lifetime Colour Warranty. If your jewellery fades under normal wear, we’ll replace it. (Normal wear & care apply.)

Issues with Orders

I received the wrong item or something is missing — what should I do?
